What We’re Tracking
- Morning fog, afternoon sun Monday
- Best storm chance on Tuesday
- Staying humid all week
We’ll watch for some early morning fog on Monday, but we will clear out of that and become mostly sunny again for Monday afternoon. Temperatures should rise into the upper 80s and lower 90s across the area.
The chance for rain returns by Monday night into Tuesday morning. However, the best chances for more intense storms will be Tuesday night into early Wednesday with scattered storms anticipated. Some storms could be severe, mainly Tuesday evening into Tuesday night, but after that rain chance, we set up for a more typical summer pattern with increasing levels of heat and humidity.
The rest of the week, highs should reach the middle 90s giving an above average outlook ahead. South wind will also be on the increase late in the week at 15-25mph.
