TOPEKA (KSNT) – Tickets are running out for a chance to snag a home valued at nearly $500,000 in Topeka this year.
The final hours of the 2025 St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway are officially here with little time remaining to secure an opportunity to win the house. The three-bedroom, two-bathroom home in this year’s giveaway is valued at $490,000 and can be found at 3400 Southeast Howard Drive.
The 2025 St. Jude Dream Home, built by Drippé Homes, is located inside Aquarian Acres just a short drive or walk to Lake Shawnee which has a golf course, campground area, scenic gardens, fishing opportunities and more. The giveaway will take place on Wednesday, June 18 with the big winner being announced by 27 News. Other prize winners associated with this year’s dream home giveaway will also be revealed on the same day.
