TOPEKA (KSNT) – West Ridge Mall is selling off everything from mannequins to tables and shelves at a fixture sale this weekend.
People are invited to visit West Ridge Mall in Topeka for another fixture sale on June 20-21. The sale will take place inside the mall in the lower level of the former JCPenney space.
Casey Richardson, manager of West Ridge Mall, told 27 News earlier this month there are some big ideas in place to transform the former JCPenney part of the mall.
“I think you’re going to see something completely different,” Richardson said on June 2. “A new hallway will be kind of a new grand entrance into the mall. And on either side of that, where we’re standing, will be whole new retail space. So, we don’t know yet what retailers are going to come in. Hopefully a large grocery store or something similar to that.”
