What We’re Tracking
- Warm morning
- Scattered storms end of the week
- Cooling early next week
Humidity continues to stick around which gives us these warmer mornings with lows across the area in the lower to middle 70s. There are some thunderstorms in our northwestern counties, but the main storm chance arrives later today.
Storms fire along a frontal boundary in the afternoon and evening hours. Some of these storms could be on the stronger side producing heavy rainfall and some gusty winds. We could see storms linger into the early morning hours on Friday.
Highs will get into the upper 80s and lower 90s for the next several days. The weekend, for the most part, looks dry. Our next best chance for showers and storms looks to arrive later on Sunday evening.
