What We’re Tracking
- Cooler weekend
- Isolated shower chances
- Warming back up early next week
Today will feature highs in the mid to upper 80s, with north winds settling in. Those north winds, along with a partly cloudy sky, will help keep temperatures slightly cooler again on Sunday.
There are chances for showers throughout the weekend mainly to the southeast of the Kansas Turnpike. There could be some brief isolated showers further north Sunday afternoon, but most of us remaining dry to end out the weekend.
The new week will start off mostly dry, with highs in the upper 80s to near 90°. Warming into the low to mid 90s before another cold front arrives Wednesday, bringing our best chance for rain next week and slightly cooler temperatures once again.
