What We’re Tracking
- Near average temperatures
- Warming back up early next week
- Mid-week rain chance
We’ll stay mostly clear tonight, with temperatures dipping back into the upper 60s. A light breeze will carry us through the overnight hours.
Heading into Monday, highs climb into the low 90s, right around average for mid-July. Winds remain light out of the southeast, offering little relief from the summer heat. Humidity will ease just slightly, with dew points in the low 60s to start the workweek. We’ll stay warm and dry through at least midweek.
By Wednesday, temperatures rise into the mid-90s ahead of our next cold front. That front moves in Wednesday evening, bringing our best chance for rain this week along with a brief cool-down. Scattered storms are possible through the end of the week, but the heat bounces back quickly. expect highs in the mid to upper 90s by next weekend.
