AUBURN (KSNT) — One person was killed in a house fire Thursday evening in Auburn.
The fire was reported just after 6:30 p.m. State Fire Marshal Mark Engholm is assisting Shawnee County Fire District #2 in the investigation. He told 27 News one person died, and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
Authorities did not release the name of the person who died. 27 News will share more updates as we learn more.
