PUNTA ARENAS, CHILE (KSNT)- Recent Kansas State graduate Serena Sundell will continue her impressive summer on the international stage as a member of the 2025 USA Basketball 3×3 Women’s Nations League Team.
Sundell will compete at the FIBA 3×3 Youth Nations League Americas in Punta Arenas, Chile, from July 21–27.
The Maryville, Missouri native is one of six players selected for Team USA.
The week-long event features daily pool play and championship rounds, with standings resetting each day.
She helped her team, B&B, win the 3XBA event at the Spokane Hoopfest on June 27-28 in Spokane, Washington which qualified the team for the FIBA 3×3 Women’s Series in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, on August 1-2.
Sundell, a 2025 WNBA Draft pick by the Seattle Storm, ended her K-State career as the program’s all-time leader in assists (811), starts (139), and games played (139). She ranks sixth in school history in scoring (1,771 points) and is the only Wildcat ever to record 500+ points and 200+ assists in a season.
