MANHATTAN (KSNT) – C.J. Jones is coming back.
The Kansas State guard has withdrawn his name from the transfer portal and will return to Manhattan for his senior season, giving the Wildcats a key piece back in their backcourt rotation.
Jones entered the portal in April after one year at K-State, where he appeared in all 33 games and made nine starts. He averaged 5.7 points, 1.5 assists, and 1.7 rebounds in just under 19 minutes per game last season.

The 6-foot-5 guard transferred to K-State from UIC, where he averaged over 11 points and nearly 5 assists per game in 2023–24.
His return adds experience and depth to a Wildcat team that’s looking to regroup after a 16–17 season.
