TOPEKA (KSNT) – It may be a few more weeks before school starts up again, but the Washburn Ichabods are already making their way back on the campus for a little fun.
Washburn University hosted its third Summer block party, inviting current and incoming students to meet outside the Memorial Union. Food trucks lined the streets, college groups lined the sidewalk, and students had the chance to enter a raffle for a 1,500 dollar scholarship.
This event was free to attend and gave the students the chance to get involved on campus before the fall semester.
