TOPEKA (KSNT) – The Topeka Police Department said it has made an arrest the murder of a man found dead in a vehicle near a community center earlier this month.
Police previously identified Terry Keller, 72, of Topeka, as the victim.
The Topeka Police Department said it has arrested Wisdom Curls, 24, of Topeka. He was arrested on the following charges for his alleged part in the death of 72-year-old Terry Keller:
- Murder in the first degree; in the commission of a felony.
- Murder in the first degree; intentional and premeditated.
- Aggravated robbery.
- Criminal possession of a weapon.

Topeka police found Keller dead inside a vehicle around 6:45 p.m. on July 15 near the Central Park Community Center. Police initially marked the death as suspicious and later announced a homicide investigation in connection to the situation.
